The information sought will allow Nuna Atelier to handle your transaction efficiently and effectively.

As payment will be made online, it is important that you enter all the requested information accurately. This will ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of your order. When you make a purchase through the Nuna Atelier website, you are offering to buy Product(s) for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

 

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

 

 

 

PLACING AN ORDER

 

The Website contains an instructive guide that will walk you through the process of placing an order.  You place your order for any selected items by clicking on the [Checkout] button at the end of the on-line order process.

 

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email acknowledging the exact details of your order, providing you with a payment reference code and the value of your order that will be debited from your Payment card.

 

Please note that while the Website lists only available Product, there may be occasions due to circumstances beyond Nuna Atelier control, where the Product is not available. In this case a latest delivery, where applicable, will be communicated to you or an immediate refund of any unavailable goods made.

 

Unless otherwise notified, Nuna Atelier acceptance of your order occurs when you receive an email notifying you that we have dispatched the Product(s) as ordered by you and noted on that communication. Acceptance will be deemed to have occurred at the sending of this communication, regardless of technical problems you may experience, where the reasons are outside Nuna Atelier control, which may result in you having not received that email in a timely manner.

 

 

 

Nuna Atelier may not accept your order if:

 

• An item you have ordered is out of stock.

• We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.

 

 

 

We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion.

 

As some Products are made to measure, we emphasize that the customer submits correct size details, in the event of sending incorrect sizes Nuna Atelier should be notified within (3) three days of placing the order by emailing us your order number and correct sizes.

 

 

 

COLORS

 

We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your phone or computer monitor.

 

 

 

PRICING POLICY

 

 

All currency priced items will be honored as advertised unless it is obviously incorrect.

 

Product prices are set at the beginning of each season, using existing currency exchange rates. 

 

 

 

PAYMENT

 

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon confirming your order from the Nuna Atelier website.

 

You confirm that the Payment card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Payment card to use it. 

 

If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, Nuna Atelier will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

The T&C together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the law and the relevant courts of U.A.E.

 

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us Nuna Atelier harmless immediately on demand, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the T&C by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.
